For the convenience of the Northtown Mall shoppers, Guest Services is located in the Management Office near Pearle Vision by mall entrance #6 weekdays 8am - 5pm and in Center Court next to the fountain evenings and weekends.

Walking at the Mall is free.

In the mornings the doors are unlocked one at a time by public safety beginning at the designated time. Under no circumstances are you allowed to prop open a door prior to its official opening by public safety.
