Jobs Description

Facilitate a variety of transactions including returns, exchanges, trade-ins, recycling, defective products and repair questions.  They will partner with other employees and Geek Squad to ensure customer needs are met.     

Areas of Responsibility

Provide  friendly, fast and accurate processing for all customer transactions at the front lanes and customer service.     

Education / Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
