The Sales Representative will report directly to the Sales Manager at his/her assigned location. The Sales Representative will aid in providing the highest level of customer service to all customers who enter his/her location. The Sales Representative should utilize all available resources to accomplish this including; Metro University trainings, Weekly Updates, and any learning opportunities that his/her leadership brings. They will also strive to achieve all assigned metric targets in order to sustain productivity and future growth. The Sales Representative should always support a team environment and should take as much pride in his/her teammate’s accomplishments as their accomplishments. This shall all be accomplished through maximizing all resources, always adhering to the company’s core values, and creatively overcoming obstacles.
